Test yourself in a triathlon!
4:18:4 Gdynia is a companion event to Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia. The race takes place a day before the iconic "half" event in Gdynia. Participants will complete a 400m swim, an 18km bike ride, and a 4km run.
4:18:4 is an excellent choice for those who prefer shorter distances and for those who are beginning their triathlon journey, with aspirations to participate in an IRONMAN 70.3 event or conquer the legendary IRONMAN distance in the future.
