Gdynia loves triathlon...

....says a giant banner hanging on the wall of the Gdynia Aquarium,  displayed at the transition zone during race week.  But it is more than just a banner - Gdynia really loves and lives triathlon. Our enthusiastic community cannot wait to welcome IRONMAN athletes again - this time for the legendary full distance race. Late evening, finishing on a sandy beach, lights, music and "You are an IRONMAN" shouted by the announcers...  Goosebumps!

The legendary IRONMAN distance event in Poland. The only full-distance event held under the licence of the World Triathlon Corporation. In order to hear the magical words "YOU ARE AN IRONMAN" you have to swim 3.8 km in the Bay of Gdańsk, run 180 km in the picturesque Kaszuby region and run 42 km through the streets of Gdynia to reach the spectacular finish line, which is located on the City Beach!

During Enea IRONMAN Gdynia you have the chance to get a slot at the legendary Hawai`i, where the IRONAMN World Championship, Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i.

Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia

The IRONMAN 70.3 distance event is the perfect for those looking for a triathlon challenge. You'll have 1.9km to swim in the Bay of Gdańsk, then you'll cycle 90km in the picturesque Kaszuby region to run 21km and cross the finish line at Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia!

If your result is one of the better ones, you will have the opportunity to get a slot at the 2024 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Taupo, New Zealand.

Sprint Triathlon Gdynia

The sprint distance is the perfect opportunity to make your debut. You will have 750m in the water, 20km on the bike and 50km running. Give yourself a chance and fall in love with triathlon!

Sprint Triathlon Gdynia Relays

Not ready to start a triathlon yet? Invite your friends and create a team of three, where each person will have one discipline to complete! Together, you will finish a distance of 750 m swim, 20 km bike and 5 km run.

Kids Aquathlon Gdynia

Before Enea IRONMAN Gdynia, kids will appear on the course. Once again, the youngest will line up at the starting line of Aquathlon Kids located at the Gdynia City Beach. Instil a love of sport in your child!
