Registration for Enea IRONMAN Gdynia 2022 has started!

On Tuesday, November 2 at 14:00, registration for next year's edition of Enea IRONMAN Gdynia has started. Athletes again have the choice of the full IRONMAN distance, the popular "half" and the sprint distance. The competition is scheduled for the weekend of 5-7 August 2022.

The success of this year's edition of the competition, during which for the first time the Athletes at the finish line could hear the legendary shout "You are an IRONMAN!" showed that despite the difficulties due to the pandemic preparations, both the organizers and a large group of triathletes were ready for this gigantic challenge, which is the full distance of IRONMAN. It was also confirmed once again how big international potential the Gdynia event has. Despite numerous restrictions on international travel, 37% of participants came from abroad.

We kept our word. From the first edition of the IRONMAN competition, organized in Gdynia in 2015, we announced that our goal is to bring the most prestigious distance to Poland, and it has finally become a fact. Although the event gathered on the starting lists almost 3.5 thousand people who safely competed at various distances, it must be remembered that we still had some limitations related to the pandemic over us. We strongly believe that in 2022 we will meet in an even larger group, providing Athletes and fans with maximum satisfaction from participation in Enea IRONMAN Gdynia.

Organizing triathlon competitions that meet the highest standards of the IRONMAN series involves huge financial outlays. Despite galloping prices, the organizers of the competition in Poland managed to again offer the lowest entry fees for participation in the IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 competitions across Europe. It pays off to buy a start right after opening the registration, because the package prices will change with the increasing number of registered athletes. What is included in the starter package price?

First of all, a lot of emotions and memories related to the start and finish of the IRONMAN competition. Participants of our competition can also count on the highest level of medical protection and competition on completely closed routes of the courses, leading to the one-of-a-kind, unique finish line on the City Beach in Gdynia. The starter pack also includes the official Enea IRONMAN Gdynia backpack, a swimming cap with the event's logo, a commemorative finisher T-shirt and a unique medal for everyone who completes the competition.

Enea IRONMAN Gdynia and Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia are also events where you can qualify for the world championship. On August 7, 2022, athletes will compete for slots to the championship events in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii (IRONMAN distance, 2022 edition) and Finland (IRONMAN 70.3, 2023 edition).
