Patrick Lange is one of the triathlon's biggest stars. He has won the IRONMAN World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawai’i twice. He was on the first step of the podium in 2017 and 2018. His collection also includes a bronze medal from this legendary competition in 2016. The German triathlete also competed in Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia. So we asked the two-time world champion for his opinion on the Polish event.

I had a pleasure to compete in Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia. I can say from the bottom of my heart that it was a great race. Amazing experience, dedicated staff who prepared a great event. I can't wait for them to organize the full IRONMAN race in Gdynia. So if you haven't signed up for the competition yet, I really recommend that you do it.

Patrick Lange also shares valuable advice with all those who plan to tackle the full distance of IRONMAN Gdynia, which will make its debut in Poland in August.

During the preparations for IRONMAN Gdynia, my main tip is to encourage visualization of goals. Imagine how you finish this race. Ignore those who criticize. Do what you need to do. Good luck and see you soon.
