On August 8, the triathletes who will be the first in history to finish the Polish edition of the IRONMAN competition will finish on the Gdynia beach. Competitors taking part in Enea IRONMAN Gdynia will have a total of 226 km to cover, which consists of: 3.8 km of swimming, 180 km of cycling and 42.2 km of running. We already know the exact routes that will be used by triathletes in Gdynia.
The running route, which has been marked out in the very center of Gdynia, looks very attractive. Competitors from the "half" will have two loops to cover, and four 10.5 km loops from the full distance. On each loop, they will have the opportunity to admire the symbols of Gdynia located along Władysław IV Street and al. Zwycięstwa and Świętojańska Street. Unusual visual impressions will certainly also be provided by a fragment of the route on the Seaside Boulevard or Piłsudski Street.
